Porcelain Crowns

The first step when applying a dental crown is to shave off some of the enamel on the tooth that is set to receive treatment. This will help to make space for the new dental crown. The crown will then be applied over the tooth and secured using a dental adhesive. Porcelain Bridges

Sometimes referred to as partial dentures, dental bridges are used when a patient is missing multiple teeth. A dental bridge consists of natural-looking prosthetic teeth that are held in place thanks to support provided by the natural teeth that are still present in the mouth. There are two main types of dental bridges, those being removable bridges and fixed bridges.

A fixed bridge is permanently secured inside the mouth, and it can never be removed, except through oral surgery. Fixed bridges remain attached by either being directly bonded to the adjacent supporting teeth or by being applied on top of supporting structures in the form of a series of dental crowns.

Removable bridges can be taken out by the user for easy cleaning. They can then be quickly reinserted for general use. This type of bridge uses metal clasps or precision attachments to remain securely in place when needed. Thanks to these devices, a removable bridge will always remain steady and secure, even when the user is talking or eating.
